Building on this engineering expertise, we are expanding into advanced carbon-ceramic braking systems for electric vehicles, high-performance road cars, and motorsport applications.
Our Carbon-Ceramic Matrix Racing Next brake solutions cover an extensive range of disc dimensions and configurations. Beyond supplying brake discs, we support system development from initial concept and technical evaluation to prototyping, fitment integration, and application-specific validation.
We have also independently developed dedicated brake pad compounds specifically engineered for coated carbon-ceramic discs. The brake disc and pad are designed and validated together as an integrated friction system—not treated as separate components.
This system-level integration is one of our strongest engineering advantages. By carefully matching the disc coating, pad formulation, friction characteristics, thermal behavior, wear rate, braking consistency, noise, and cold performance, we can optimize the complete braking system for each vehicle and operating environment.
